Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or video evidence must be shared for verification.

After approval, we will provide a replacement or full refund (no extra charges).
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Order Cancellation

Refusal of COD Orders
