We value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, or personal use items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or video evidence must be shared for verification.

  • After approval, we will provide a replacement or full refund (no extra charges).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued via:

    • Bank transfer

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service (PostEx, Post Office UMS, TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refusal of COD Orders

  • If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.
